This wedding expo took place on Sunday 23rd August 2026 at Sydney Showground, Hall 4 in Sydney Olympic Park, NSW, bringing wedding inspiration and trusted local professionals together under one roof.
Entry was completely free, with a free Gold “I’m Getting Married” Bag available for each bride-to-be while stocks lasted.
Visitors explored a curated showcase of Sydney's leading wedding professionals, from venues, photographers and videographers to celebrants, florists, bridal gowns, cakes, entertainment, hair and makeup artists, and more. They could chat face to face with experts, compare ideas and pricing, and discover expo-only offers.

Sydney's Annual Wedding Expo returns to Sydney Showground, Hall 4 on Sunday 23rd August 2026 — and it's bigger than ever. Doors open at 10am and close at 3pm, and entry is completely free — just register online for your tickets. Want the ultimate experience? The I’m Getting Married Bag is exclusive to the Wedding Expos Australia events and declares to the world that you are in fact a wonderful bride, groom and marrier! We do have limited stock at each expo. They are for the brides/marrier only.

Yes, every Wedding Expos Australia event has access to catering for visitors to purchase.
Yes – we encourage children to attend the events. All of the venues Wedding Expos Australia utilise are in line with wheelchair and pram access, this is standard practice.
We do suggest you ask permission from exhibitors before taking any photos of the stands.
Each event page has a venue address for you to locate the venue, they are all large prominent venues within each region that are easily accessible.
Yes, some of the exhibitors will have products you can purchase at the events. There are also a lot of samples you can touch, taste and feel.
No, we can use our check in system to locate your tickets online.
Each event is unique and displays different exhibitors in the local area. Though there are a handful of suppliers you may meet again.
