How many inserts do I need to send?

It depends on the expo — attendance varies by city and venue. We confirm the exact quantity in writing when you book, along with the address and the deadline for delivery.

What can I put in the bag?

Brochures, flyers, business cards, vouchers, samples and small promotional items all work. Anything unusually heavy or bulky is worth checking with us first, since the bags are carried around the expo all day.

Do I need to exhibit at the expo as well?

No. The bridal bag is available on its own. Many exhibitors do add it to a stand booking, but it works perfectly well as a standalone promotion.

Can I book more than one expo?

Yes, and most businesses do. Each expo is $300 and you choose which ones you want. Booking multiple expos in the same calendar year may also qualify for our multi-expo discount.

When do you need my material by?

We ask for inserts to arrive well ahead of the expo so they can be packed with the rest of the bag contents. The exact date is confirmed with your booking.
