Public transport: Bus: Multiple bus routes service South Brisbane area including Routes 199, 200, 203. Check TransLink for timetables. Ferry: CityCat ferry services to South Bank terminal - short walk to BCEC Train: South Brisbane train station - 5 minute walk from BCEC. Regular CityTrain services from all Brisbane stations.
Parking: Multiple parking options available including BCEC car parks and nearby Wilson Parking facilities. Rates vary by event.

Important: Exhibitors must be ready by 9:45 AM. Failure to attend by this time will result in stand removal and no refund.

Open-plan design: stands do not include walls, shell scheme booths, or partitions. Exhibitors must bring their own marketing materials, media walls, and display elements.

Important policies

One Brand, One Stand: Stands are reserved solely for the business that made the booking. Brand cross-over and stand sharing with other businesses is strictly prohibited.
Event Etiquette: Respect stand boundaries and avoid walking around to distribute materials. Focus on providing quality experiences at your stand.
Category Capacity Limits: Strict limits apply to maintain vendor diversity including photography, videography, venues, celebrants, and other categories.

Music, food & vehicles

Musicians & DJs

Maximum 15 minutes playtime per hour
Low volume to allow conversations
Bring own equipment within stand space
Maximum 4 musicians per expo

Safety Requirements

Fuel tank caps must be locked
Minimum fuel in tank
Ignition keys removed
Hazards on when driving in halls
Arrive before 9:00 AM
Can exit after 3:00 PM
No refuelling in buildings
No engine revving at exhibition

Sampling Only

Food and beverage sampling requires venue approval. Sales are prohibited due to exclusive catering rights.
