Hi, I’m Louise.

I created Events By Louise because I truly love being the person behind the scenes who makes sure everything comes together, so you can simply enjoy your day.

While day-of coordination is at the heart of what I do, my support starts well before your wedding day. I’m here throughout the lead-up to answer questions, help with the little details, work alongside your vendors and make sure I understand exactly how you want your day to feel.

Then, when your wedding day arrives, you can hand everything over to me. I’ll be there managing your timeline, coordinating your vendors, keeping everything running smoothly and handling those little unexpected moments along the way - so you, your partner and your loved ones can be completely present and soak it all in.

Something I’m also really excited to have added to Events By Louise is event styling! Whether you just need someone to bring your styling vision together and set everything up beautifully, or you’d love the full experience of styling alongside day-of coordination, both options are available depending on what you need.

For me, it’s all about being someone you can have in your corner - before the day and on the day - making things feel that little bit easier, calmer and more special.
