Public transport: Bus: Multiple bus routes service South Brisbane area including Routes 199, 200, 203. Check TransLink for timetables. Ferry: CityCat ferry services to South Bank terminal - short walk to BCEC Train: South Brisbane train station - 5 minute walk from BCEC. Regular CityTrain services from all Brisbane stations.
Parking: Multiple parking options available including BCEC car parks and nearby Wilson Parking facilities. Rates vary by event.

We kindly ask all exhibitors to be set up and ready by 9:45 AM so we can ensure a smooth start for everyone. Please note, if you are unable to arrive by this time, your space may need to be reassigned and the exhibitor fee will unfortunately be non-refundable.

Space Only Our expo features an open-plan design, so stands don’t include walls, shell scheme booths, or partitions. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own marketing materials, media walls, and display elements to create a stand that truly showcases their brand and style.

Important policies

One Brand in One Stand: Each stand is your own space to showcase your business and connect with couples. To make sure everyone gets a fair chance to shine, we ask that stands aren’t shared with other brands. This way, every exhibitor can make the most of their time at the expo!
Stay in Your Lane: To help everyone enjoy the best possible experience, we kindly ask exhibitors to remain within their stand space rather than walking around to distribute materials. Focusing on creating a welcoming, engaging experience at your stand allows couples to connect with you naturally and makes the expo more enjoyable for everyone.
Category Limits: To keep the expo fresh and exciting for couples, we carefully manage the number of exhibitors in each category, including photography, videography, venues, celebrants, and more. This helps ensure a great mix of vendors and allows every business to shine.
Have Fun and Network: We aim to create a relaxed and fun expo where couples can meet exhibitors, get inspired, and book for their special day. At the same time, we hope our exhibitors enjoy connecting with each other, sharing ideas, and building valuable relationships.

Sampling of Food and Beverage

Exhibitors are welcome to sample both beverages and food to the attendees. BCEC has a sampling form to submit for prior approval. Sales of food and beverage is exclusive to the venue.

This is our most popular page with attendees searching for vendors prior to the event and post. Check your listing and if you would like to make edits or changes please let us know.

Every exhibitor receives a 12-month profile on the Wedding Expos Australia vendor directory, giving you year-round exposure and a great way for couples to find and connect with your business even after the expo!
We encourage exhibitors to share news and promotional content about their attendance at the expo! It’s a great way to connect with couples, build excitement, and let everyone know what you’ll be showcasing on the day.

Safety & venue guidelines

Not permitted

Lit candles are not allowed in the venue.
Leave your furry friends at home - Guide Dogs welcome!
Smoking and vaping is allowed in the designated areas.

Safety requirements

For everyone’s safety during bump in and bump out, please wear closed-toe shoes and a high-visibility vest.
Children under 12 aren’t permitted in the venue during bump in and bump out. But we’d love to welcome them from 10 am to 3 pm, when they can enjoy the expo alongside everyone else!
Smoke, Sparkulars and ice machines require prior approval.
All power cords must be tagged and tested

The gold bags are FREE and distributed to all attendees at entrance.
