This wedding expo took place on Sunday 24th May 2026 at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in Melbourne, VIC, bringing wedding inspiration and trusted local professionals together under one roof.
Entry was completely free, with a free Gold “I’m Getting Married” Bag available for each bride-to-be while stocks lasted.
Visitors explored a curated showcase of Melbourne's leading wedding professionals, from venues, photographers and videographers to celebrants, florists, bridal gowns, cakes, entertainment, hair and makeup artists, and more. They could chat face to face with experts, compare ideas and pricing, and discover expo-only offers.
Couples brought their partners, bridal parties and families, gathered inspiration, and left with their wedding planning well underway. One event, hundreds of ideas, everything in one place.

Bus: Multiple bus routes including Route 237. Shuttle buses available during major events. Train: Southern Cross Station - 10 minute walk or short tram ride. Regular Metro train services from all Melbourne lines.

Multiple car parks available: South Wharf Retail, Siddeley St, Freeway and Montague Street car parks. Rates start from $10 per day.
The Wedding Expos Australia event is open from 10am to 3pm on Sunday.
Entry is free with online registration.
Anyone can attend, couples are welcome to bring along friends, family and children. The events are free to attend!
Yes – if a VIP Priority Access Ticket is purchased then all of your group can take advance of the VIP Access Lane.

The I’m Getting Married Bag is exclusive to the Wedding Expos Australia events and declares to the world that you are in fact a wonderful bride, groom and marrier! We do have limited stock at each expo. They are for the brides/marrier only.
They start at 10am and finish at 3pm.
Yes, every Wedding Expos Australia event has access to catering for visitors to purchase.
Yes – we encourage children to attend the events. All of the venues Wedding Expos Australia utilise are in line with wheelchair and pram access, this is standard practice.
We do suggest you ask permission from exhibitors before taking any photos of the stands.
Each event page has a venue address for you to locate the venue, they are all large prominent venues within each region that are easily accessible.
Yes, some of the exhibitors will have products you can purchase at the events. There are also a lot of samples you can touch, taste and feel.
No, we can use our check in system to locate your tickets online.
Each event is unique and displays different exhibitors in the local area. Though there are a handful of suppliers you may meet again.
