Jason Cole is the creative force behind Cole Studios — a seasoned wedding photographer and cinematographer with over 25 years of experience. But his journey didn’t start behind the lens. Originally working as a hardware engineer for global companies like Nortel Networks and Dell, Jason eventually realised his true passion wasn’t in machines — it was in people. Swapping circuit boards for cameras, he built a career dedicated to capturing life’s most meaningful moments through photography and film. Since then, Jason has photographed and filmed thousands of weddings across Wollongong, the South Coast, and the Southern Highlands. His technical background brings a level of precision and innovation to every shoot, while his friendly, down-to-earth personality puts couples instantly at ease. Married and living with his two beloved Moodles, Steven and Chubby Junior, Jason pours his heart into every frame.
