A combination of things led me to becoming a celebrant. Firstly, I was that friend who everyone asked to be MC. Secondly, as a personal trainer, I could fit another job into my schedule (and I love to be busy). Thirdly, who doesn’t love a wedding?! It’s a day all about the pair of you. Surrounded by your favourite people, everyone looking dapper, there’s food, wine, dancing, GIFTS… but most importantly there's that palpable emotion, love and happiness felt by every single person there. So here we are. You just tell me your story, and I’ll say the magic words.

I’m Krista, fan of fun times, great friends, good laughs, and love. I marry couples in Brisbane and beyond and have done for over 11 years. I offer you more than ‘just’ a wedding ceremony. I’m a party starter, atmosphere creator, storyteller, and nerve allayer whilst recognising the significance of the moment. I offer up all the vibes to get the happy tears flowing and bellies sore from laughing.

My name is Katie Jones-Watson and I am an authorised marriage celebrant. This means that I am approved and registered to conduct a marriage ceremony that is accepted by law. I am also qualified to conduct commitment ceremonies, vow renewals, naming ceremonies and pet ceremonies!  I love getting to know people and building relationships. My name is Nick Dempsey and I’m the rolling Celebrant. I sustained a spinal cord injury eight years ago, so I am now a quadriplegic and in a wheelchair, but that doesn’t stop me from being the best celebrant you will find!
