I love singing and have been doing it since I was a little girl. I grew up in a household of professional musicians with my grandparents being principal artists with the Doyle Carte Opera Company in London and my dad Rory O'Donoghue being a musician, composer and actor (some people might remember him from the ABC series Aunty Jack!). 

From my early days singing with dad and recording endless jingles and commercials for TV and radio, I went on to complete my Bachelor of Music at Sydney University and my Diploma of Opera at the Victorian College of the Arts. I then moved to Brisbane where I worked with Opera Queensland before heading off to London to train at Covent Garden on a scholarship. During this time I performed extensively as a principal artist and soloist for numerous operas, concerts and tours.

Throughout my entire classical career I've maintained a lot of jazz and pop work on the side (much to my conductor's frustration!). I've worked a lot with a band called CODA, touring internationally and playing some brilliant festivals. We're about to release another album and are currently working on our video clips! I've also played with lots of different jazz musicians over the years like Don Burrows, Gordon Brisker and George Washingmachine, performing at all the major jazz festivals around Australia.

I've been married for over ten years and still rate my wedding as one of the best days in my life. I consider it an absolute privilege to be a part of people's weddings and do my best to help make it as special and memorable as possible. 

I like to discuss the musical requirements with the wedding couple / organisers and tailor the song list and line up to your specific needs. I have a very diverse musical background and an even more diverse musical network, so I can help you create a wide variety of moods. From an intimate voice and guitar duo (classical and / or jazz) to the grandness of a string quartet. From a seriously hip jazz / funk / soul band to DJs who can help you rock the night away. To help you get started, some of the songs I love to sing at weddings include 'Ave Maria', 'When I Fall in Love', 'The Rose', 'Plaisir d'Amour' and 'Fields of Gold'. But whatever you fancy, I'm happy to work with you to create your perfect wedding soundtrack.
