It is said that today’s bomboniere originated from some small towns in Italy some 500 years ago. In fact, in the fifteenth century the nuns who lived in the Convent of St Chiara used sugared almonds, tied up with silk threads, to make flowers, small bouquets and rosary beads.

Today we continue this tradition and offer something a little different.
