The prize is available for Sydney Metro & Central Coast - travel charges apply when wedding is outside this area.
The prize must be claimed and booked within 30 days from the expo date.
The wedding date is subject to studio's availability. The photographer assigned to your wedding is subject to availability.
A $500 deposit is required to secure the date – this deposit is refundable when you receive your final products. This deposit is not refundable if you cancel the booking for any reasons.
There is an agreement between the winner and the studio, that the studio is to be the sole professional photographer on the wedding day at any time of the day (even if the studio is not hired for the rest of the day). Hiring other professional photographer along with Harwood Photography constitutes a breech of contract and results in cancellation of services with the forfeiting of the deposit. If reception and groom preparation coverage is required, additional charges apply, no exchange of locations is available.
Upgrades for more hours of coverage, images on disc, albums or any other products and services are available at the studio’s current price list. Prints and albums with images from the pre-wedding photo session are available for purchase at the studio’s current [rice list.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and it cannot be exchanged with any other services/products.
The studio is not liable for any losses or compensations in the situation in which the prize cannot be honoured for any reason.
The prize value is calculated for the amount of hours of service (pre-wedding, wedding, post production, appointments, products included and intellectual copyrights of the photographer). The value of the prize does not represent the price this would be sold for to a paying customer. Should you require one of the studio’s packages then this prize can count as credit of $300.
The prize is transferable under the same terms and conditions.
